Nanoquest is a pilot project that features a variety of media including interactive 3D, flash and video. At present existing technologies cannot make the game meet accessibility standards. The accessibility of the nanoquest website and content do not currently meet all W3C and WAI accessibility guidlines. This will be reviewed periodically and improved.

In constructing the site, we applied the following accessibility guideines:

• Pages are fast to download, regardless of whether you are using broadband or a modem
• This site uses only relative text sizes, allowing users to change font size easily using their browser.
• If your browser or browsing device does not support Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), the content of each page is still readable.
• All recent content images used in this site include descriptive ALT (i.e. alternative text) attributes. Certain decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
